Strategic Planning Committee

Mission

The GTCMHIC Strategic Planning Committee is made up of Board members, municipal staff, representatives from other Health Insurance risks pools in Tompkins County, and representatives from Health Care provider organizations. The committee serves a dual purpose to assist the Consortium Board in understanding the shifting Health Care environment and provide a venue for Tompkins County Health Insurance risk pools to collaborate between themselves and the provider network to develop efficient and effective health care in Tompkins County.
