Highlights
- Educated the public and health care providers regarding disease transmission, isolation, testing, treatment and vaccination in response to Pertussis (Whooping Cough) outbreak of 115 cases.
- Began operation as a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) November 14 in support of clinic and home based services.
- After 45 years, closed the certified home health agency. The last patients discharged on May 4 and agency officially closed November 14.
- Created a monthly dashboard of key WIC program performance measures.
