Has the property been recently listed for sale?

If the property is income producing, please proved a copy of the last 3 years income and expense statement. (A sample form can be obtained from our office upon request)
All information provided to the Department of Assessment will be reviewed by one of the members of the Appraisal staff. On or around May 1, 2026, you will receive a 2026 Notice of Assessment Change notifying you of the results of the review. If you disagree with the Tentative Assessed Value as determined on the notice, you must file a formal grievance with the Tompkins County Board of Assessment Review at any point from May 1 - May 26, 2026.
