May 3, 2022 - Harassment/Resisting Arrest

On May 3, 2022 at 9:22 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to CFCU located at 99 Sheraton Drive, Village of Lansing for a dispute call. The caller reported a person inside the bank acting disorderly and attacking staff. Deputies arrived and located a female who immediately fled on foot from the Deputies.

Deputies were able to detain and arrest the female, later identified as Totka D. Ouzounova, age 50 of Ithaca, NY. Ouzounova resisted, bit, attempted to assault deputies and spit in one of the deputies faces.

Ouzounova was charged with three counts of Harassment in the Second Degree (Violation), Obstructing Governmental Administration (Class A Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor). Ouzounova was turned over to the Tompkins County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
