March 30, 2024 - Assault

On March 30th, 2024 at about 12:07AM, the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office responded to the Econolodge located at 2303 North Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing for an assault in progress.  A person suffered non life threatening injuries and was transported to Cayuga Medical Center by Bangs Ambulance for treatment.  Deputies arrested David W Call Jr (Age 42 of Lansing) for assault in the third degree.  He was released with an appearance ticket and is set to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on April 23rd, 2024 at 5:00PM.
