Welcome to the abbreviated Residential Sales Comparable Search Page. In an effort to try to make the residential sales search application a bit more user friendly than ImageMate Public can offer, we designed this application to quickly pull up recent sales. Only residential sales from January 1, 2022 are included in this application. To search sales of non-residential properties (including vacant land and mobile homes), please use the Comparable Screen within ImageMate (or stop by our office and use the full ImageMate desktop application).
If you want to select multiple options from the list boxes, hold down "Ctrl" when selecting multiple options. If you want to include all, just click - All.
For the criteria that has 2 boxes, the low range is on the left and the high range is on the right. If you are searching for houses between 1,400 and 2,000 square feet, put 1400 in the left box and 2000 in the right box.
It is suggested that you start off broad and then narrow your selection. You do not need to fill in every field on the form - only fill out that that you wish to include in your search criteria.
