BOE（选举委员会）选民信息和登记

要取得选民登记表：

1. 请前往我们的办公室：

2. 致电274-5521，要求寄送一份登记表给您；

3. Print a voter registration form from the web; fill it out; sign and date it; then either mail it to us or bring it to our office at 128 E. Buffalo St., Ithaca, NY. You must have Adobe Acrobat on your computer to see this file. If you get a blank screen, click "refresh." Also, disabling anti-popup software may help. Be sure to click on the printer icon in the Adobe toolbar, not the browser toolbar. If you don't have the ability to print the form on legal paper, please fit to page before printing.

截止日期信息：
You can turn in a registration form in person at your county Board of Elections on any normal business day. If you want to vote in an election, you must postmark or deliver the registration form to your county Board of Elections no later than 10 days before the election in which you want to vote. Your eligibility to vote will be based on the date you file this form.

身份证明要求：
所有新登记者在填写登记表时必须提供身份证明。身份证明是指可核实的纽约州驾驶执照号码。如果您没有纽约州的驾驶执照，则可以按照登记表上的要求提供社会安全号码的最后四位数字。否则，您在投票时将按要求提供身份证件。

要登记，您必须：

• 是美国公民；
• 在您打算投票的选举日或之前年满18岁；以及
• 没有主张在其他地方投票的权利

纽约州重罪规则：
You may not register to vote if you are in prison for a felony conviction.

您可以使用登记表：

• 在纽约州登记投票；
• 自您上次投票后，更改您的名字/地址；
• 登记加入一个政党或更改您目前的党派登记情况。

在《1993年全国选民登记法案》里面，允许选民登记表也可以在一些办公室获得，如镇或村政府机构职员、邮局、学校、党主席、机动车部门 (DMV) 和其他州机构的办公室。

纽约州选举法第5-304.3节。
“选举委员会必须在大选之前的当地登记的截止日期最后一天之前，收到登记变更表，该登记变更才能在下一年的初选中生效“。
