On November 18, 2023 at 01:04 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Perry City Road and Waterburg Road in the Town of Ulysses to assist Schuyler County deputies with stopping a vehicle that had just been involved in an incident in Schuyler County.
Tompkins County Deputies stood by while Schuyler County Deputies completed their investigation. Deputies identified the driver of the 2016 Nissan as Samantha A. Gallagher, age 34 of Enfield, NY. Tompkins County Deputies later determined Gallagher was intoxicated and arrested Gallagher for driving while intoxicated.
Gallagher was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with 0.08% BAC or More. Gallagher was later released on appearance tickets and is set to appear in the Town of Ulysses Court on December 5, 2023 at 9:30 AM.
