Children with Special Care Needs
Tompkins County Whole Health's Children with Special Care Needs (CSCN) Division is looking for qualified applicants for the following positions:
Tompkins County Whole Health is establishing an in-house therapy team to provide evaluations and therapy services for children in the Early Intervention Program and Preschool Services for children birth to age 4. The positions will primarily provide services in the home. Provide care in a team-based approach working closely with a Service Coordinator and other therapists.
Community Health Services
TCWH's Community Health Services seeks to bring a new nurse to join our team! Community Health Nurses support the day-to-day operations of our programs, including communicable disease surveillance, our on-site immunization clinic, maternal child home visiting program, lead poisoning prevention, rabies and HIV testing. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to public health/prevention work and community engagement.
Senior Community Health Nurses report to the Director of Community Health and supervise a team of nurses in the day-to-day operations of our programs including communicable disease surveillance, our on-site immunization clinic, maternal child home visiting program, lead poisoning prevention, rabies and HIV testing. We are looking for nurse managers with good organizational, communication and supervisory skills. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to public health/prevention work and community engagement.

Licensed Clinical Therapists
Tompkins County Whole Health's Mental Health Services is looking to fill several positions with motivated and compassionate clinical team members that aspire to make a difference in their community. There are openings in our adult clinic and children's programs for multiple clinician types including LMSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs, LCATs, LMFTs, and those who are limited permit eligible. Successful candidates work with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and group therapy for a diverse population. Flexible scheduling and remote work available.
- CLINICAL TRAINING and regular individual and group supervision.
- LOAN FORGIVENESS available as an approved NHSC Loan Repayment Site.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING with a four day work week, with work from home one day a week option available for those interested.
- STARTING SALARY $77,792 which automatically adjusts to $84,468.80 after 9 months of employment (based on a 40 hour work week). A 35 hour work week is also available.

Medical Director - Mental Health
There is currently one position available in the title of Medical Director - Mental Health in the Tompkins County Mental Health Department. This is a full time provisional, 40 hour per week position. $299,000 Annual Salary. Residency waived.
Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, therapists, community mental health nurses and rehabilitation specialists to provide excellent, comprehensive behavioral health treatment to a diverse range of individuals. An interest in community mental health and working with the severe and persistently mentally ill would be welcome. TCWH prioritizes both supervision and training and these will be provided to a successful candidate so as to support their practice in the Clinic and further career development.
