Purpose

The CaSE Board provides the Tompkins County Legislature expertly curated information on legislative and regulatory initiatives, and successful community programs, relating to energy and climate change, as well as emerging energy efficiency, renewables, and climate adaptation technologies.

Members

  • Up to 11 voting members 

  • Three-year terms

Members should have demonstrated involvement or interest in local climate action, energy conservation, energy efficiency or renewable energy.

Appointment is by the County Legislature.
