On March 26, 2022 at approximately 7:26 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 200 block of Troy Road in the Town of Danby for a report of a one car motor vehicle crash.
When deputies arrived on scene they identified the operator of the vehicle as Kyle Waller, age 50 of Ithaca NY. While interviewing Waller deputies observed signs of impairment. Deputies determined that Waller was intoxicated and arrested Waller.
Waller was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), Failed to Keep Right and Failure to Provide a Breath Sample. Waller was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Danby Court at a future date.
