2026 Senior Living Expo

Join us for the 2026 Senior Living Expo, a free informational and promotional event designed to connect older adults, families, caregivers, and community members with programs, services, and resources that support healthy, active, and independent aging.
Hosted by the Tompkins County Office for the Aging (COFA), the Senior Living Expo will feature 30+ local vendors, senior housing providers, and organizations serving older adults throughout Tompkins County. Attendees can learn about resources and options to help individuals age in community—whether at home, in senior housing, or in other supportive settings.
What You’ll Find at the Expo
- 30+ local vendors and community organizations offering information about programs, services, housing, health, wellness, transportation, support, and more.
- Tompkins County Office for the Aging staff and resources to help older adults and families navigate available services and supports.
- Free Community Mobility Assessments provided by Reilley Physical Therapy in partnership with the Ithaca College Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Physical therapy students, supervised by licensed physical therapists, will assess walking, balance, strength, and other mobility skills. Participants will receive a personalized mobility report card showing how their results compare with others in their age group, along with information and resources to help them stay active, healthy, and independent. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and is completely free.

Conversations with COFA: A Panel Discussion with COFA Staff
These engaging panel discussions provide an opportunity to hear directly from Tompkins County Office for the Aging staff, learn more about programs and services available to older adults, and ask questions about aging in our community.
