STBG / STBG-FLEX: The Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) program is a federal-aid funding initiative administered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that provides flexible funding to states and localities for a wide range of surface transportation projects and is managed & distributed through NYSDOT
OSB: The Off-System Bridge (OSB) Program is a federal-state transportation funding program used to repair, replace, or preserve local bridges in rural areas and is managed & distributed through NYSDOT.
BFP: The Bridge Formula Program (BFP) is a federal-aid highway program and is managed & distributed through NYSDOT.
NHPP: The National Highway Performance Program (NHPP) is a core federal-aid highway program managed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). It is the largest federal-aid highway program, providing funding to support the condition, performance, and resilience of the National Highway System (NHS) and is & distributed through NYSDOT.
SD: Indicates that funding was NY State Designated.
