Epidemiologist
TCWH is seeking an Epidemiologist to join the Division of Community Health. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). The starting salary is $35.51 per hour, with a working rate of $38.51 per hour after nine months of consecutive employment.
The position will play a leading role in data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan. It will also evaluate public health and mental health programs to better understand their reach, effectiveness, cost implications, and impact on health equity. The Epidemiologist will collaborate across Whole Health and with the New York State Department of Health, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. Some on-call coverage may be required to support disease surveillance and outbreak response.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and skilled at making complex data understandable and useful. They should be able to identify meaningful patterns, communicate findings to a variety of audiences, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with program staff and community partners. This is an opportunity to build core epidemiology and surveillance capacity within an integrated public and mental health department and directly inform initiatives beginning in fall 2026.

Tompkins County Whole Health is seeking a Casework Assistant to support its Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The hire rate is $29.87 per hour, with a working rate of $32.39 per hour after nine months.
PROS provides person-centered rehabilitation and recovery services to adults living with serious mental health conditions. This position primarily focuses on the billing and administrative work that supports the division’s daily operations. Responsibilities may include reviewing service documentation, supporting billing processes, maintaining records, tracking required information, assisting with scheduling, and completing other administrative tasks that help services run efficiently and meet program requirements.
In addition, this position is partially client-facing and duties may include assisting with or facilitating recovery-oriented classes, supporting client engagement, reinforcing skill development, and helping individuals work toward their personal recovery goals.

Licensed Clinical Therapist: Children & Youth Team
Tompkins County Whole Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Children and Youth team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The hire rate is $42.98 per hour, with a working rate of $46.60 per hour after nine months.
The Children and Youth team provides assessment and treatment to children, youth, and their families, with services offered at our mental health clinic and in area schools. Clinicians may also have opportunities to serve adult clients based on program needs.
The successful candidate will participate in a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, peer specialists, and other licensed clinical therapists. TCWH supports clinicians through ongoing training and weekly individual and group supervision. Eligible employees may also explore student loan repayment opportunities through the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Tompkins County Whole Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist with an interest in serving individuals involved in the criminal justice system within an outpatient mental health clinic. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The hire rate is $42.98 per hour, with a working rate of $46.60 per hour after nine months.
The Forensics program collaborates closely with Tompkins County Probation, Alternatives to Incarceration programs, treatment courts, federal probation, parole, and other community partners. The program provides assessment and treatment to individuals referred through these systems, including participants in drug treatment court and individuals receiving specialized services related to domestic violence or sexual offending.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, an ability to establish therapeutic relationships with individuals who have complex needs, and a willingness to collaborate across treatment and criminal justice systems.
