August 28, 2026 - Assault Arrest

On 8/28/26, at 9:34 PM, the Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on Harbor Circle, T/Dryden, for a reported assault.

As a result of the investigation, Jeremy Predmore, age 37, was charged with Assault 3^rd (Class A Misdemeanor), and Criminal Contempt 2^nd (Class A Misdemeanor) as the victim had a lawfully issued order of protection against Predmore.

It was alleged that Predmore had headbutted the victim several times causing injury.

Predmore was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court on 08/29/26 at 8:00 AM.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
