About

The Tompkins County Housing Strategy Update and Housing Needs Assessment are taking place in 2026-2027, led by the Department of Planning & Sustainability. These projects will update the county's Housing Strategy, which most recently covered housing production targets from 2017-2025 based on the 2016 Housing Needs Assessment and most recently reported on by the 2024 Housing Snapshot.
