Due to the State Disaster Emergency declared by Governor Kathy Hochul and hazardous winter weather conditions affecting our region, the Tompkins County administrator has declared a State of Emergency in Tompkins County, effective at 12:00 p.m. on January 25, 2026. Please be advised that all Tompkins County offices will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.
