February 7, 2026 - DWI Arrest Following Motor Vehicle Crash

On February 7, 2026, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 1400 block of Trumansburg Road in the Town of Ithaca for a report of a pickup truck that had left the roadway and struck a tree.

Upon arrival, deputies identified the driver as Brian Millspaugh, age 41, of Hector, New York.  Following an investigation and interview, Millspaugh was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

Millspaugh was transported to the Tompkins County Public Safety Building, where he was processed on the charge. Millspaugh has a future court date in the Town of Ithaca Court.
