October 11, 2026 - DWI Arrest

On 10/11/26, at approximately 12:51 AM, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Bostwick Road in the Town of Ithaca. The stop subsequently led to the arrest of Rose E. De Groat, age 30, of Ithaca NY, for Driving While Intoxicated. The DWI charge was elevated to a felony due to De Groat having been previously convicted of DWI in the preceding 10 years.
