On October 26, 2025, at 03:50 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the intersection of Mott Road and Herman Road in the Town of Dryden for a reported personal injury motor vehicle crash.

Upon arrival deputies determined that a 2019 Ford failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into a ditch. No injuries were reported. Deputies identified the driver as Tina M. White, age 37 of Scipio Center, NY. Through further investigation deputies determined that White was intoxicated and arrested White.

White was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with 0.08% BAC or more, and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. White was released on an appearance ticket and is set to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on November 17, 2025, at 5:00PM.
