October 9, 2026 - Criminal Contempt Arrest

On 10/09/26, at 3:57 PM, deputies responded to a harassment complaint on Uptown Road in the Village of Lansing. Upon arrival, the complainant reported harassment by an individual who had been served an Order of Protection on behalf of the complaint.

As a result of the investigation, Kymbra M. McLaughlin, age 49, T/Ithaca, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, a Class A Misdemeanor. She was scheduled to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on 11/03/26 at 2:00 PM.

These are allegations only and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
