Recent TCSO Arrests 9-21-26 to 9-25-26

On 09/21/26, at 8:52 PM, deputies responded to a business on N. Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing, NY for a physical altercation. Deputies subsequently charged Robert L. Hayes, age 33, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (Class A Misdemeanor), Aggravated Harassment 2^nd (Class A Misdemeanor), and Assault 3^rd (Class A Misdemeanor). He was held for Centralized Arraignment Court on 09/22/26 at 8:00 AM. Hayes was remanded to the jail on $900 bail.

On 09/24/26, deputies responded to Candlewick Drive in the Town of Ithaca for a physical altercation. Deputies subsequently charged Zyrah I. Holloman, age 20, with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ithaca Court on 10/15/26, at 9:00 AM.

On 09/25/26, at 3:05 PM, deputies responded to a business on Mecklenburg Road in the Town of Enfield, NY for a reported violation of an order of protection. Deputies subsequently charged Jeffrey L. Jones, age 50, with Criminal Contempt 2^nd (Class A Misdemeanor). Jones was held for Centralized Arraignment Court on 09/26/26 at 8:00 PM. Jones was remanded to the jail on $10,000 bail.
