September 10, 2026 - Charges Stemming from Physical Altercation

On 09/10/2026, at 3:04 PM, deputies were dispatched to a residence on Deibler Drive in the Town of Dryden, NY for a reported physical altercation involving two people.

As a result of the investigation, deputies arrested Tyler M. Garnder, age 28, of the Town of Newfield, NY with the following charges:

Harassment 1st, a Class B Misdemeanor

Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, a Class A Misdemeanor

Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. a Class A Misdemeanor.

Gardner was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.

These are allegations only and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
