Veteran’s Day Closing and Recycling Pick-up Schedule

The Tompkins County Department of Recycling and Materials Management Office will be closed on Tuesday, November 11^th in observance of Veteran’s Day.

However, the Recycling & Solid Waste Center (RSWC) will be open its regular hours, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Curbside recycling collection will follow a normal schedule.

The “Find My Recycling Day” tool allows residents to receive curbside pickup reminders via phone, text or email that automatically adjust for holidays when there is no recycling collection. Enter the address and click “Get a Reminder.”
