Thank you for visiting the Tompkins County Office for the Aging, your point of entry into aging services in Tompkins County. We provide objective and unbiased information regarding the array of services available for older adults and their caregivers. Established in 1975, our mission is to assist older adults and persons with long term care needs to live independently in their homes and communities with quality of life and dignity.

Finding Our Office

The Tompkins County Office for the Aging is now located at 31 Dutch Mill Road Ithaca, NY 14850. Our office is located off Warren Road. When you arrive, follow the driveway around the building to the main public entrance at the back of the building. The Office for the Aging (COFA) entrance is the second door on the left. Please call us at 607-274-5482 if you need further assistance. We look forward to welcoming you!
