On February 8, 2024 at 1:05 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a gray 2015 Jeep Cherokee for speeding on Lower Creek Road in the Town of Dryden.
Deputies identified the driver as 56 year old Brian Odonnell of Dryden, NY. While deputies were speaking with Odonnell, they observed signs of impairment. Odonnell was interviewed further and subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Odonnell was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), Driving While Intoxicated above a 0.08% BAC (Misdemeanor) and Speed in Zone. Odonnell was issued his appearance tickets and is set to appear at the Town of Dryden Court at a later date.
