Tompkins County Whole Health (TCWH) offices at 55 Brown Road (Town of Ithaca) and 201 E. Green Street (City of Ithaca) will be closed on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, for staff development.
Genoa Pharmacy, located inside TCWH’s office at 201 E. Green St. (Ithaca) will remain open for their regular business hours. Pharmacy customers will need to call upon arrival at the office to be let indoors as the main door will be locked. Genoa Pharmacy: (607) 252-5130
All Whole Health staff will participate in the all-day staff development. Our answering service will receive phone calls, and messages will be reviewed throughout the day.

If there is an emergency, appropriate staff will be notified. Prescription requests received by 2:30 pm will be processed on Wednesday, June 25.
