COVID-19 Data for Tompkins County

Trên trang này

Data iconWHILE the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have lessened, the virus continues to circulate throughout the community. The graph below gives residents and visitors a quick overview of the current state of  the COVID-19 disease in Tompkins County using data from the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).

Since the start of the pandemic, the COVID-19 dashboard has informed the community about disease prevalence. Our dashboard has been revised throughout the course of the pandemic as dataset availability and relevance changed.

Effective Monday, April 22, 2024, data presentation will show the trend in positive COVID-19 tests, as reported by the NYS Department of Health (DOH), with data points for 7-day totals of both PCR and Antigen tests. This visual for trends aligns COVID-19 tracking with our tracking of local flu cases. TCWH will no longer be providing hospitalization rates and will focus on trends in case numbers as the primary indicator of community level. Hospitalization rates for both COVID-19 and Flu cases will continue to be monitored by the New York State Department of Health. (Full press release about this change.)

This graph will be refreshed every Monday (Tuesday after a holiday). The most recent data is four days behind the refresh date (e.g., for the graph refreshed on Monday, 4/22, the most recent data (right-most bar) is the total for 4/14–4/18).
